My Love For Photography
My love for photography began in my late teens when my parents were kind enough to buy me my first ever digital camera (after months of begging, I should add!). I've always been a keen hiker and like to spend a lot of my weekends away in the hills, by rivers and generally at one with nature. Of course with my new digital camera, I began taking photos of my travels, the great scenery, my friends, my family and well...basically anything. I love the idea of being able to capture the moment. To me photography is not just about beautiful and interesting imagery, it is about reliving how I felt at that exact time and place.
My Photography Style
To be honest, I wouldn't necessarily like to pigeon hole myself into one particular type of photography. However, what you can expect to see in my galleries is plenty of natural landscape. To me, there is nothing greater than a sunset from the top of a mountain or an early-morning ocean-side view. I also love photographing simple things, whether it be a street corner, the view from my bedroom window or my family sitting around the dinner table on an evening.
